Renewal by Andersen is looking to add a Sales Ops Admin for our teams across Maryland, D.C and Virginia . This role will provide sales operational support working cross-functionally. Also, the person in this role will develop tools, enhance CRM design and adoption (sales force automation), coordinate sales/marketing initiatives for field sales reps, and provide overall general sales support in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.

This role will provide sales operational support for our Baltimore/Washington D.C Team, working cross-functionally. The Sales Operations Administrator will coordinate and administer sales operations related programs. This role does have the opportunity for a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily business system maintenance, reporting, data clean-up, and data auditing with a focus on data integrity and quality.
  • Assist with sales support, project coordination, creating and maintaining documentation, and accommodating ad-hoc user requests.
  • Manage a detailed calendar of marketing/sales initiatives; coordinating communication between sales and internal partners.
  • Manage Salesforce.com issue log queue, responding to field inquiries in a timely manner, Identify trends for areas of improvement or training needs, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding tasks, e.g. data reconciliation, DAR creation, equipment procurement and overall HR coordination and logistics.
  • Assist sales management with making informed data driven decisions to effectively administer the sales program, e.g. territory sizing analysis, quota assignment, sales compensation administration.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel specifically in PivotTables
  • Knowledge of CRM tool(s) (e.g. [please apply online] is a plus.
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
  • Ability to facilitate data conversation around business metrics.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
